Paul began his automotive career in 1990 selling Mercedes-Benz’s in Saint John before moving to Vancouver, and then Toronto where he worked for Mercedes-Benz Canada. He returned to Saint John in 1997 where he has held management positions with local import-car dealers before finding his way home to Mercedes.

Wayne Hardy
Service Technician

With over 30 years of industry experience, Wayne is our most senior and experienced technician. Recently Wayne completed an intensive 12-month diagnosis course at the Mercedes-Benz Training centre in Toronto. He is also a two-time award winner of the Mercedes-Benz National Technician of the Month Award. 

Ron Hughes
Alignment Specialist

Ron is a veteran of the alignment business having worked for a local tire centre for over 15 years prior to joining the TriStar family. Ron has attended Mercedes-Benz training sessions and is one of the few technicians who can successfully align a smart car. Ron’s knowledge of alignment, drivability, and vibration issues has made him a valuable member of our service team. 

Justin Pilkington
Service Technician

Justin comes to Tristar with over 10 years experience in the general repair industry. His experience working on vehicle electronics has given him a solid background to train in Mercedes-Benz electronic and diagnosis. Justin is a licensed technician and travels with our mobile service team. Recently Justin completed a number of courses in the Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic training program.

Andrew Maxwell
Clean Up Shop Technician

Andrew joins the TriStar team with 10 years of experience working in senior positions in various independently run clean up shops. Andrews skills and ability to make every car look brand new make him a valuable asset in our shop.

Jeremy Sherrif
Apprentice Technician

Jeremy joins TriStar as he embarks on his career to become a fully licensed Mercedes-Benz technician. Jeremy has successfully completed his first training semester at NB Community College and is now working with our senior technicians to gain experience. Jeremy is a very polite, keen student who is quickly establishing his place on our service team.

Joe Koty
Mobile Customer Service Representative 

Joe is Mobile Customer service coordinator and travels with our technicians to our scheduled mobile service days. When dropping your car off at one of our mobile service clinics you will be greeted by Joe. Joe also coordinates our out of city pick up and delivery services for client vehicles.

Hazen is a 50 year veteran of the car business in New Brunswick. Hazen drives our shuttle and provides our clients with pick up and delivery services and even finds time to sell the odd car.
