In City Services

Our Service team travels each month to various locations offering local maintenance clinics. The dates of these clinics are found here.

After Hours Service Appointment

Maintenance services may be booked outside of normal business hours at the dealership on an appointment basis. These services have a minimum invoice amount and are subject to availability of a suitable trained technician. This service is only available at the Saint John location.

Enhanced Roadside Assistance

All Mercedes-Benz, smart and Sprinter customer’s vehicles are covered by Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance while they are under factory warranty. If your vehicle is inoperative for any reason you simply call our roadside assistance number at 1-800-387-0100 and our 24 hour roadside team will dispatch a tow truck to your location. The towing company that is dispatched by Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance will bring your vehicle to our dealership. TriStar clients may engage our Valet Team to return their car to their home or office after a Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance call. Contact our Service Team for complete details.

Valet Pick-up & Delivery

Service doesn’t get more stress-free. We will pick your car up for servicing at your home, office, the gym—wherever is most convenient for you—and return it when ready. We understand that your day doesn’t stop just because your car is in for service. Included in our Valet Pick-up & Delivery option, when we pick up your vehicle we will leave you the keys to a complimentary Mercedes-Benz. All of the service, none of the downtime. Simply simple.
